If you believe that we did not live up to our end of these Terms or in representing you with respect to any claim, We ask that you notify us by email at email@example.com and give Us an opportunity to figure out what went wrong and try to fix it. If Z Law, LLC cannot resolve any issues you have with us or our representation of you with respect to your claim, the sole and exclusive jurisdiction and forum in which to file a claim is any court within the state of Maryland.
